My subscription was canceled although it was being paid on a weekly basis. I need to know why and how come I wasn't notified?

Just to let you know that we haven't cancelled your subscription, the paypal payment has been cancelled. If it wasn't cancelled by you, please check your funding source with paypal. This is often caused when a credit card expires or your bank stops the payment.
If you would like to restart the subscription, please notify us when you have done so and we will reallocate the bonus credits to your account.
