We don't allow porn on our site, we have an automatic approval/reject system that filters out these accounts, but occasionally one or two do get through. If you would like to give us details of the accounts in question we will ban them; we do suspend them actively when they are reported to us.

We do allow "adult content" where it isn't related to the sex industry, you can filter these in your settings, just make sure the "hide censored accounts" setting on, this should help.
