How do I find the twiends account linked to twitter?

Hi there, Is there anyway of finding out which twiends account is linked to my twitter account please?
Please please help me! Thank you

This is what you need to do...
1. When you open the twiends home page click on the "Forgot?" button next to username (leave this blank). 2. This takes you to the Help page. 3. Scroll down in the left hand column to "log in using twitter" then press the "continue" button. 4. Once you have logged in from twitter, you will be able to reset your password and recover your account.
