We know that having your questions answered quickly is of great importance to you. Please read this to see how to get you questions answered as quickly as possible.

1) Firstly, please search the forums pages. This is often the quickest route to finding an answer.

The forums pages give a comprehensive range of previous questions and answers. This means that in 99% of cases the answer you're looking for is already available here.

2) Secondly, we know that we've not covered everything. If you can't find an answer, please visit our "Ask us" section. Here, you will be able to ask us a direct question and we aim to answer all question in a 24-48 hour timeframe. This usually accommodates questions from all timezones.

It is important to us that all you questions are answered; as they help us continually monitor and improve the site. Please note that we are unable to answer questions via direct email as this helps us fiter out spam and allows us more time to answer genuine questions.
