Can you please let us able to allocate our credits in our own way?

Say, I have 100 Credits in my account and have 1 twitter account, 3 Faceebook Pages. I will reserve 50 credits for twitter, 10 credits for facebook page1, 25 credits for facebook page2 and 15 credits for facebook page3. If I allocate lesser credits which I have in my account, rest of them will stay intact untill I reassign them.
