Follow multiple times the same person

I noticed, on a number of occasions, that the same person clicked 4 times for my twitter account (I got 4 emails that the same person is following me). Is that possible? Do I get credits back? When are credits re-issued?

Hi, no they didn't follow you 4 times, you just got 4 emails. Twitter sometimes sends multiple emails.. Generally these people have followed you outside of twiends as we only allow people to follow you once, and then never again.. You can confirm this by viewing your history report:
