You'll be amazed at how much fraud takes place on the internet. We come across it on a daily basis. We quickly realized that it was important to introduce a purchase verification process to protect our members from unauthorized use of their PayPal accounts.

When you make a purchase for the first time on twiends you'll be sent an email asking you to verify your purchase. This email is sent to your PayPal email address and not the email address you have registered on twiends. This is an important requirement as only you should have access to your PayPal email address. In this email there's a verification link that will permanently verify you. As soon as you click it your seeds will be allocated. Any future purchases you make will not need to be verified.

If you haven't received the verification email then please do the following:

1) Check your spam/junk folder. These emails are placed in these folders 90% of the time.

2) Get the verification email resend to you. On the payment completion page there’s a link to resend this email.

3) Check that your email address is set up correctly on PayPal. We will be sending these emails to the address you have on PayPal, and we cannot send them anywhere else for security reasons.

Finally, if you've followed these steps and still can't verify your purchase then please contact us on the forum pages. You can do this from the seeds page by clicking the "Ask Us" tab. Please allow us enough time to respond to you, we may be in a different time zone and may not be working on a weekend. You are 100% protected by PayPal, and you have our solemn commitment that any issues will be resolved.
