Can not use voucher codes

Hello! 

 

I found two vouchers online and i want to use them but I get the following message:

 

It looks like you have more than one account on twiends. Please note that you can only use your vouchers in your first account on twiends.Please log into your primary account to use a voucher.


However I do not have another account. 

What is going on here?

Is it possible that someone else is using your computer to access their own twiends account?

Yes that is true. At work (the place where im logged in now) we use Twiends to promote one of our artists (We are a booking agency).

In my private time I also updated the Twiends account of the company and I guess that explains it all.

This one if however my personal account and I guess that thats ok right?

I hope that I will be able to use the voucher codes as well and that you can help me with that.

Another question is that I am still not able to follow any twiends on twitter. When will I be able to do this?

Hi EsenciaBeats, we don't support voucher codes that you "find" online.

Voucher codes are for a one time use only and are specifically for the use of the user they are emailed to. This is why you haven't been able to use them.
