At twiends we actively suspend accounts that we feel have broken the rules. We clearly publish these rules and do each suspension in person to try and keep mistakes to a minimum. Of course, we are human too, and there is a possibility we could get it wrong sometimes. If you feel we have suspended your account in error then please read the following:
If you feel you have not broken any rules and would like us to look into it then please post your question here.
If we can't find any evidence of abuse on your account then we will remove the suspension. We will always try and be fair. But please don't ask us to investigate if you know you have broken the rules, as our investigation may result in us taking further steps against your accounts.
Unfortunately we can't allow second chances as this would only serve to increase abuse. You may use twiends again but you may not use the profiles you had linked in the past.
Unfortunately, we have no way to verify this. Also, your accounts pose a risk to us if they have been hacked, so they generally can't be used again. You'll need to provide evidence from twitter or facebook that the account was hacked and the issue was resolved by them in order for us to lift a suspension.
