I haven't received the seeds I purchased yet?

If you've purchased seeds then you will receive them as soon as the payment is made. Please note however that payment is not always made immediately. If you pay via eCheque on PayPal then it can take a few days for your bank to process and clear the payment. As soon as they complete the payment the seeds will be added to your account. If you pay via credit card then there is no processing delay.

If your payment has completed and you have not received your seeds then please create a question in the questions forum and we'll sort it out for you. Please allow for time-zone differences in our response time to you. It is very rare that this happens however, so please check PayPal first as it's usually an eCheque delay..

Please also ensure you have verified your purchase via the verification email sent to you, if this applies to you. Not all purchases require email verification.

Hi, thanks for posting the question. I can see the purchase is verified now so I'm assuming this is resolved..?

But for the purpose of this thread I'll just answer the question for everyone else. The email you're referring to is probably the email from PayPal, not the verification email. Let me explain. When you make a purchase you'll usually receive 3 or 4 emails:

1)      Transaction Email (From PayPal): You'll get 1 or 2 emails from PayPal directly, giving you details of the purchase. These emails will provide the transaction id and will give you a means of querying the transaction directly with PayPal.

2)      Verification Email (From Twiends): This email is sent to the email address you have set up on PayPal. The reason we do this is to verify that the person making the purchase actually has access to that PayPal account. We stop an unbelievable amount of fraud using this practice.

3)      Notification Email (From Twiends): And finally, as a courtesy we send an email to the email address that you have set up on twiends. The reason we do this is because a lot of people use different email addresses for PayPal and their other stuff, so often they don’t realize that a verification email has been sent to their PayPal address.

So, it seems like a lot of emails, but really the verification email is the only one you need to pay attention to, and we want to make sure that people don’t have difficulty getting the purchases processed. If you haven’t received the verification email then you can get it resent here.
