Voucher says it's already been used?

You can only apply a voucher code once. If you try apply it a second time it will tell you that it's already been used. If you believe you have not used the voucher before then it could be because you received the voucher email twice.

This can happen if you are subscribed to the feed with more than one email address and you receive the voucher code multiple times because of it. You could be receiving these vouchers weeks or months apart, depending on when you joined the feed with the different email addresses.

If you go back in your email history you should find the previous email. You might want to unsubscribe from the feed with the second email address so that you can avoid receiving duplicate emails.

Please note we are unable to process requests for new vouchers as we have no way to verify the validity of the request.
