Please keep the following things in mind when creating the account:

1) It is not the same as a normal account on twiends (like the one you have already). You can't link it to twitter, you can't follow people, etc.
You'll be creating a new account here with a different username and password.

2) Your clients have to select you as their publicist before they'll show up in your list. They just type your username on the settings page.
You can also do this with your current account to test it out.

3) This account is primarily for people that manage lots of twitter accounts for others.
