Yes, although it may work slightly differently than you're used to. Anybody that purchases seeds on the site is marked as a VIP. This VIP status will last from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the package purchased. Please note that a VIP user is different to a Featured User. Featured Users are displayed in the sidebar while VIP users get seeds back each week.
